ROADS infrastructure in Mildura South hasn't kept up with the "explosion of growth" in the area a Mildura Rural City Council candidate has claimed.

Former independent State Member for Mildura and current Mildura Wetlands candidate Ali Cupper said if she should be elected to council, she'll be "fighting hard" to develop of road safety action plan for Mildura South.
