VOTING for the Mildura Rural City Council election will begin from Monday.

Ballot packs will begin arriving in mailboxes of voters in the Millewa, Mildura Wetlands, Lake Ranfurly, Henderson Park, Nowingi Place, City Gate and Kings Billabong wards.
