A MILDURA carer has vented her frustration after discovering the Changing Places toilet at Powerhouse Place is now out of order.

Changing Places toilets provide facilities for people with high needs, and include a range of amenities such as full sized changing tables, a hoist system, and a centrally placed toilet with room for carers.
