AN Eleventh Street property has been significantly damaged by a Tuesday morning fire.

Emergency teams were called after smoke was spotted billowing from the rear of a property on Eleventh Street in Mildura between Etiwanda and Benetook avenues at about 845am.

Flames quickly emerged, taking hold of both the main structure and nearby sheds when firefighting crews arrived.
