FIFTEEN candidates are vying for seven positions on Swan Hill Rural City Council in the October election.

Nominees include current councillors Les McPhee, Stuart King, Chris Jeffery, Jacquie Kelly and Nicole McKay, while councillors Bill Moar and Ann Young are not seeking re-election.
