MILDURA Wetlands Ward candidate David Esposito has put his name in the running for Mildura Rural City Council, promising to bring fresh ideas and progressive thought to the table.

The 52-year-old petroleum company sales manager is making his maiden bid for a local government seat, after moving to Sunraysia from Adelaide 28 years ago.
