A GROUP of women gave shooting a crack at Mildura Clay Target Club's Ladies Day on Sunday with a hand from one of the sport's young stars.

Professional clay shooter Molly Bretag said she was happy with the number of women who came out to the event and hopes more decide to give the sport a shot.
