SIX local business people including Wentworth Shire mayor Cr Daniel Linklater have headed to the Faridkot district of Punjab state in India on a cultural and economic exchange.

The delegation, which left on Sunday, received an invitation to tour the region from Indian politician Gurdit Singh Sekhon, a member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly.
