LOOKING to attract children and young parents alike, Merbein Library opened its new courtyard on Friday.

Merbein Development Association president Marianne Glover said the project required a lot of work behind the scenes and she was happy to see it all come together

"It's fantastic, we are just excited this has finally come to fruition of the plan," Ms Glover said.

"Not all the little ones want...
