OFFERING costly satellite TV in response to Mildura's Channel 10 switch-off doesn't reflect what "a significant city" deserves, Federal Parliament has been told.

Last Sunday night Channel 10 and its associated multi-channels were taken off the air in Sunraysia, a decision made by WIN and Seven’s loss-making joint venture Mildura Digital Television.
