MILDURA councillors have endorsed an amended 2024/25 budget, deciding to abandon acquisition plans for the old solicitor's building at 70 Deakin Avenue.

The historically significant building, a former Shire of Mildura office, is in a row of council-owned assets along Deakin Avenue, including the Carnegie Centre and the Deakin Avenue Service Centre.
