THE rollout of purple-lidded glass bins has commenced in Mildura.

About 2500 bins are being delivered each day from the 25,000 that will be delivered across the Mildura local government area.

Mildura Council is expecting all bins to be delivered by the end of April.

Distribution will take place throughout the municipality, from Mildura to Murrayville.
