THE smoky scent of slow-cooked perfection will soon make its way down the banks of the Murray River as the Smoke on the Water festival embarks on a six-month tour through three states.

This one-of-a-kind event, which will take place in Mourquong in July, brings together barbecue enthusiasts from all around, and cements the Murray River region as a significant producer of many delicious things.
