A COURSE for the inaugural Mildura Riverfront Marathon Festival has now been set.

Adelaide Hills-based organiser Brian Haddy, marathon enthusiast Dean Mortimer and a collection of local runners measured and tested the course this week.

The start and finish line is near a green power pole on the rowing club lawns, adjacent to the Powerhouse Precinct and Jaycee Park.
