TWO police constables directed to move to Mildura tried to get their transfers overturned this year.

A female and a male constable lodged separate appeals in May and December after being selected to perform general duties in Mildura in a police ballot.

Nine appeals regarding the transfer of police constables to regional locations were held by the Police Registration and Services Board this year.
