MORE Sunraysia children will have a reason to smile this Christmas, thanks to an innovative fundraising campaign.

Mallee Accommodation and Support Program have joined forces with Ray White Mildura for the annual A Little Ray of Giving Christmas campaign, and have asked people to give this holiday season.

The campaign invites donations of presents including sporting equipment and electronics, family activities such as puzzles and games as well as vouchers to venues like the cinema, bowling and Mildura Waves.

The organisations said they aimed to bring joy and support to less fortunate children and families in the Mallee Region during the festive season.

“We are incredibly appreciative of our partnership with Ray White Mildura," said Vincent Wilson, the chief executive officer of MASP.

“Their support for the local community during Christmas and dedication to the MASP is inspiring.”

The managing director of Ray White Mildura, Damian Portaro, added: “MASP does an amazing job at looking after the community members who are doing it tough throughout the year.

"With this campaign, we are partnering to make a great impact for as many children and families in the Mallee as possible.”

Every donation automatically enters the donor into a raffle with the chance to win prizes donated by local businesses and venues.
