AN 84-year-old Mildura great-grandfather believes a vandalism attack on his car on Sunday night is proof that he lives in a racist town.

Bob Utber had a Vote Yes bumper sticker, an Ali Cupper Independent MP bumper sticker, and a Footy Almanac bumper sticker stripped from the back window of his car while it was parked in his driveway, in what he says was a targeted attack.
