HEART disease awareness advocate Katrina Umback said a recent letter from Victoria's health minister had left her feeling insulted, dismissed and disrespected.

Ms Umback had pushed for the establishment of a Mildura-based catheterisation lab since the sudden heart attack death of her husband Scott in 2019, at the age of 42.
