KEEN-eyed locals may have noticed splashes of yellow around town, as rubber duckies are discovered at popular Mildura sites.

People have reported seeing the little ducklings in trees, at the bowling alley, at Laser Tag and even doing some lifeguarding at the Waves Leisure Centre.

Sunraysia Tenpin said four rubber ducks had been dotted around the alley.
