OUYEN'S Mallee Root Festival on Saturday was the most successful yet, organisers say.
Up to 1200 people enjoyed a warm day by the Ouyen Lake, with live music, children's activities, a mechanical bull ride, root lotto, pontoon rides and the famous Mallee root toss.
