PART of the Mallee’s rich agricultural history has been etched into a unique timber Grains of the Mallee table, which now takes pride of place at the Hopetoun Community Hotel Motel.

The table features 11 different crops grown in the Hopetoun region, and shows how they evolve from seedings to crops.
