KIDS got an insight into self-defence when Mildura Martial Arts hosted a free open day for families of Mildura RSL Sub Branch veterans.

Almost 20 kids attended the event and took part in a number of drills, learning important self-defence techniques in a fun and exciting way.

Kids learnt the basics of striking and grappling as well as how to get away from someone who has grabbed them.
