MURRAY Darling winemaker Monak Wine Co is looking to debut three new Australian wine grape varieties at the 2023 Australian Alternative Varieties Wine Show in November.

The roja fria, blanco fria and ver are all products made using hybridised varieties, developed by the CSIRO in collaboration with Wine Australia, that are suitable to Sunraysia's climate and soil types.
