A DOCTOR working in the obstetrics and gynaecology department at Mildura Base Public Hospital fears he may be forced to leave Australia because of visa complications that could split up his family.

Federal Member for Mallee Anne Webster said Dr Ayman Aboda, formerly of Egypt, provided an "invaluable community service" and she did "not want to lose him".
