TELSTRA customers have been experiencing network outages as Telstra upgrades its Mildura East mobile base station.

Locals have been reporting network troubles across parts of Sunraysia this week, particularly on Wednesday morning.

Telstra is currently undertaking planned maintenance work around the area for 3G, 4G and 5G.
