PARTS of Irymple and Mildura were plunged into darkness on Wednesday night, after a vehicle crashed into a power pole on Fifteenth Street.

Emergency crews were called to an incident near the Cowra Avenue roundabout about 10:30pm and found that a Hyundai i20 had hit and damaged a power pole.
