ELDER abuse can take many forms, and a new resource is seeking to protect older Australians from food that's not up to standard.

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission recently launched its Food, Nutrition and Dining Unit Hotline which will give anyone the opportunity to report food concerns in aged care.
