MILDURA was one of few Victorian regions to exceed average rainfall in July this year.

Bureau of Meteorology data shows Mildura recorded a 135 per cent increase of its long-term mean rainfall last month while some regions received as little as 11 per cent of the long-term average.

Thirty-three millimetres of rain fell across Mildura last month compared to the long-term mean of 24.5mm.
