HEADSPACE Mildura has been selected as one of 16 organisations Australia-wide to deliver the Ahead of the Game youth mental health program.

Led by Movember and AFL, the program aims to educate football players, parents, coaches and club members about mental health, while building resilience and coping strategies within young people so they can deal with challenges in both sport and life.
