WHILE there are personal challenges that can make recruiting into the funeral industry difficult, Mildura funeral director Taryn Hunt says it can be a rewarding field.

Ms Hunt, a local celebrant and funeral director at McGlynn Hunt Funerals, was recently selected as the recipient of the 2023 Australian Funeral Directors Association scholarship.
