ONE of Walpeup's biggest events in living memory will take place later this year, as the community marks the Walpeup Memorial Hall's centenary.

On September 23, a celebration will feature a flagpole and plaque installation, historical displays, a Dryland Memorial Garden tour, afternoon tea, a meal and a concert.
