FOR the first time in Victoria's history, each of the state's 79 councils raised a rainbow flag on Wednesday in recognition of IDAHOBIT day.

IDAHOBIT is an international day against LGBTQIA+ discrimination, a day that's been celebrated annually each May 17 since 2005.
