WORKSAFE Victoria is concerned about the high number of fall incidents occurring on work sites across the state.

This year three people have died as a result of work-related falls.

A worker died from head injuries after falling from the roof of a van and a jockey who died after falling from a horse last month.

A worker died after falling just three metres at a school in March.
