A YOUNG man has been taken to hospital after a water skiing accident near Gol Gol.

Police and paramedics were called to the Gol Gol boat ramp about 3.45pm on Sunday after reports that a person had been injured on the water.

Police said a male aged in his 20s had been taken to Mildura Base Public Hospital.
