MILDURA and Wentworth councils will form a collaboration with a common aim to plan, grow and develop the Sunraysia region.

Councillors this week voted unanimously to endorse the partnership with a commitment to work together for the betterment of the region and reduce impacts from any border issues.

The two councils have met several times during their current terms.
