SUNRAYSIA Bread and Butter Bakery has laid claim to the title of Victoria's best bakery.

The country bakery dominated the Victorian Baking Show in Bendigo last weekend, winning eight categories and placing in seven, from a total 30 categories.

Manager Hayley Kellet was extremely proud of the results.
