CHILDREN’S author Phil Kettle has encouraged locals to continue to support bookshops, which have done it tough since COVID.

Mr Kettle, who was born in and is now again living in Mildura, held a book signing on Saturday at Collins Booksellers and said he was glad to see so many people supporting the store.
