ABC Mildura-Swan Hill chief of staff Sarah Tomlinson has died unexpectedly after suffering an anaphylactic reaction.

The popular leader and presenter, who had been a broadcaster since she was 14, was on leave in South Australia when she died, aged 40, on Tuesday night.
