MILDURA Mayor Liam Wood revelled so much in his first term in the leadership role that he was eager for a crack at a second term "at the coalface". Cr Wood took time to reflect on the successes and failures of the past 12 months and what gave his the motivation to take on the mayoral role for the coming year with Sunraysia Daily journalist ALLAN MURPHY.

ALLAN MURPHY: After you were first elected Mildura mayor you said you took some advice particularly from family before running for the post. Looking back on the past 12 months how valuable was
