WINEMAKERS and judges from all across Australia gathered in Mildura this weekend for the highly respected Australia Alternative Varieties Wine Show.

The show, which this year celebrated its 21st birthday, was held from Thursday to Saturday, providing opportunities to sample some of the best alternative variety wines in Australia.
