A PLAN to depict native wildlife and landscapes of the Millewa onto portable silo field bins will be a "great investment" for the farming community, Mildura councillors have been told.

Council has approved funding of more than $30,000 towards the project which has been based on a similar project that has been undertaken in the Wimmera-Mallee region.
