MILDURA and the Mallee have been "betrayed" by the Andrews Labor Government over the future of health care in the region, an angry Ali Cupper says.

The independent Member for Mildura on Friday lashed out at the state Labor government over the master plan for health care in the northern Mallee, which was expected to recommend a new hospital.
