IT has been a cool and wet start to spring for Mildura, with the city having already surpassed last year’s rainfall for the whole of September.

Since the start of the month, 23.2mm has fallen on Mildura, with 17.4mm recorded on September 8.

During the same period in 2021, the city recorded just 10.1mm, with 15.9mm recorded for the month.
