THE doctor who ran the failed Tristar group of clinics is working at a new GP business in Red Cliffs.

Dr Khaled El-Sheikh was managing director and chief executive officer of the Tristar group, which went into voluntary administration in May.

A deal to sell Tristar's Mildura clinic fell through last month, leaving 15,200 Sunraysia residents without a doctor.
