A HONG Kong man has fronted a Mildura court over a crash that threw one of his passengers through a windscreen and under a truck.

Ka (Dave) Kuen Leung was charged with dangerous driving over the 2016 collision, but police were initially unable to locate him as he had returned to Hong Kong.
