ORGANISERS of the Red Cliffs centenary street parade hope to make it the "biggest and best" ever held in Red Cliffs.

The Red Cliffs Rotary Club is organising the event, which is expected to feature bands, a variety of motor vehicles, tractors, motorcycles, groups and floats representing organisations, schools a
