MILDURA Rural City Council had added a ninth portfolio to their specific areas of representation.

A portfolio for agriculture has been included as part of council's core responsibilities to be headed by Werrimull farmer Ian Arney with secondary delegates Jodi Reynolds and Glenn Milne.
