WATER releases will increase from Menindee Lakes this weekend as forecasts point to flows greater than 1000 gigalitres arriving from the north this summer.

WaterNSW will increase flows from Menindee Lakes storage to 17GL a day and might increase flows further following recent northern basin rain events.
