A FAMILY has described the utter devastation they now lived with after their loving, caring, bubbly daughter and sister died in a collision last year.

Emily Seymour was killed when a car being driven by her boyfriend Nicholas Cairns went through a "give way" sign at the intersection of Twentieth Street and Deakin Avenue on August 25, 2020.
