MILDURA jewellery store owner Ryan Hammerton was run off his feet on Friday with hordes of customers on the first day of trade after lockdown.

Retail stores, restaurants, cafes and many other businesses in regional Victoria were able to welcome customers face-to-face for the first time this month as hard social restrictions eased.
